CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the order has been placed, we do not allow any cancellations.
All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.
If your order has not be shipped within 14 business days, please request a cancellation to our customer service team.
        

COVID19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES 
Due to Covid19 International Shipping Restrictions, we are slowly shipping to the countries that are reopening as of May 2021. Please keep in mind and to expect extra delay in receiving your package.  We stress that once packages are in transit with postal carrier, we are not responsible if the postal office at the designated country rejects, exceeds ETA of package, or loses the package in transit. 
If you are not able to order, means we are not able to ship to the country at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but will remain hopeful that the restrictions will be lifted soon.
"Loading mail items onto airplanes is expected to take considerable time due to the shortage of cargo space caused by the reduction of flights.
In addition, arrival of surface mail at the destination country (territory) may be delayed as transport is expected to take considerably more time than normal owing to cargo congestion."

SHIPPING 
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and verified.
After processing, please allow an additional up to 14 business days for delivery, esp for our DIY Packs.
Customers are responsible for any reshipping cost in the event that the order was sent back to the warehouse due to incorrect address provided. Shipping cost is not refundable in any event.
Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.
DUE TO COVID19 We do recommend to choose Priority Shipping service with USPS to ensure a more on timely delivery. From recent reports, it has shown that First Class Mailing has been getting a lot of delays. But if you are patient and are not in a hurry to receive your items, First Class Mailing is still an option.
 

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN
Please note that we are not responsible or required to replace your missing merchandise. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier, transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping service is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier like USPS, along with your order from us.
Any shipping issues; must be contacted and handled by the shipping carrier that was used.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not allow nor accept any refunds or returns. 
Due to Covid, any merchandise that has been opened, worn, altered, or washed cannot be exchanged. No exceptions.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.

All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise.

Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number within 14  days of the order's delivery date. If authorized for an exchange, customer are responsible for all shipping cost when returning and exchanging new item. 

After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.

If customer do not follow up on exchanges within 14 business days of request, exchange authorization will be forfeited. Exchange will no longer be accepted, no exceptions. 

Please Note: Any merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Maybe Tomorrow. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the State of California. Sales tax is not charge to orders outside of California.
