CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the order has been placed, we do not allow any cancellations.
All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.
If your order has not been shipped within 14 business days, please send an email to our Customer Service team; request to cancel.
     
Due to the pandemic, our policies have been updated for the safety of our team and customers.  We appreciate your patience, support and understanding. Please also periodically check for any updates regarding our shipping policy.  
      
We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.
 
SHIPPING 
Due to the pandemic, please expect delays with all mailing carriers. During the holidays, please expect a longer delay.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and verified.
After processing, expect an additional 14 business days for delivery. We do our best to ship all the orders as soon as we can. 
With the delays, if the customer is in a rush to receive their order, they have the option of choosing Priority Shipping service with USPS to ensure a more timely delivery. 
Customers are responsible for all re shipping costs in any event that the order was sent back to Maybe Tomorrow. Original and reshipping costs are non refundable, no exceptions. 

 
PANDEMIC INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES 
Due to the pandemic, please expect an extra 30 business days for your order to be delivered. (Destination varies and can take up to 60 business days.)
We stress that once packages are in transit with a postal carrier, we are not responsible if the postal office in the designated country rejects, exceeds the ETA of the package, or loses the package in transit. 
If you are not able to order, it means we are not able to ship to the country at the moment.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN
Due to the pandemic, please expect delays with all mailing carriers. During the holidays, please expect a longer delay.
We rely and use the same tracking provided to the customer. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, you can contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
Please note that we are not responsible or required to replace your missing merchandise. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier, transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping service is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier like USPS, along with your order from us.
Any shipping issues; must be contacted and handled by the shipping carrier that was used.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds and are not required to approve or process any returns.  Customers are responsible for all and any shipping cost in any event that the order was sent back to Maybe Tomorrow. Original and reshipping costs are non refundable, no exceptions. 
We may exchange orders with the below:
  • Orders delivered within 7 days
    • (i.e if you order was delivered on the 20th, you have until the 27th to contact us for an exchange
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Exchange will not be accepted for any orders that has been delivered for more than 7 days
  • All exchanges must be authorized 
  • If the customer fails to follow up and return merchandise for an exchange within 7 days from the authorized date, exchange will be forfeited. The exchange will no longer be accepted. No exceptions.
To request for an exchange please email our Customer Service team with the below info: 
  • subject line - EXCHANGE REQUEST FOR ORDER #: (your order #)
  • Proof of purchase 
  • Description / QTY of item(s) you are exchanging 
  • Reason for exchange 
  • Description / QTY of the item you are requesting
  • Are you aware that the original and reshipping costs are the customers responsibility and non refundable?

When the exchange is authorized, customers have up to 7 days to return the merchandise to Maybe Tomorrow. Once merchandise has been received, inspected, exchanged orders will be processed once shipping is paid. 

Please Note: Any merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Maybe Tomorrow. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note: We do not refund any shipping cost once an order has been placed and transferred to USPS or any shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for all and any shipping cost. 
 
 

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the State of California. Sales tax is not charged to orders outside of California. 

 
TERMINATION CLAUSE
Without any cause or notice, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
